 Hi Richard,

My name is Gary Farris. I’m trying to locate Frank A. Applebey, his ex-wife told me that he died in April 2021 but I can’t find any evidence showing that. Roger Bailey and Glenn Coplin were all in the same mining incident on July 6, 1970 on Tam Kay Highway. Frank was with D co. 39th Combat Engineers. I was with the 19th Combat Engineers in 67/68. Glenn Coplin and myself go to the same Vet Center in San Bernardino, California for PTSD group counseling, I told Glenn that I would try and help him put all the pieces together of who was in the five ton dump truck that hit the mine while on mine sweep on July 6, 1970.
